Psalm 1 ESV

1The happiness of the godly. 4The unhappiness of the ungodly.
1 Blessed is the mana who 1walks not in 2the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in 3the way of sinners, nor 4sits in 5the seat of 6scoffers;
2 but his 1delight is in the lawa of the Lord, and on his 2law he meditates day and night.
3 He is like 1a tree planted by 2streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its 3leaf does not wither. 4In all that he does, he prospers.
4 The wicked are not so, but are like 1chaff that the wind drives away.
5 Therefore the wicked 1will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in 2the congregation of the righteous;
6 for the Lord 1knows 2the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.
