Psalms 65

Psalm 65 ESV

David praiseth God: 4the blessedness of God's chosen because of his infinite power and goodness.
To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. A Song.
Praise 1is due to you,a O God, in Zion, and to you shall 2vows be performed.
O you who 1hear prayer, to you 2shall all flesh come.
When 1iniquities prevail against me, you 2atone for our transgressions.
1Blessed is the one you choose and bring near, to 2dwell in your courts! We shall be 3satisfied with the goodness of your house, the holiness of your temple!
By 1awesome deeds you answer us with righteousness, O God of our salvation, the hope of all 2the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas;
the one who by his strength established the mountains, being 1girded with might;
who 1stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, 2the tumult of the peoples,
so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth are in awe at your signs. You make the going out of the morning and the evening to shout for joy.
You visit the earth and 1water it;a you greatly enrich it; 2the river of God is full of water; 3you provide their grain, for so you have prepared it.
You water its furrows abundantly, settling its ridges, softening it with 1showers, and blessing its growth.
You crown the year with your bounty; your wagon tracks 1overflow with abundance.
1The pastures of the wilderness overflow, the hills 2gird themselves with joy,
1the meadows clothe themselves with flocks, the valleys deck themselves with grain, they 2shout and sing together for joy.
